Logging into Web Mail

You can log into your web mail through The Frontier Group's website. Here you can enter your email address and password and you will be redirected to the Zimbra mail server. This method of logging in is preferred.

At times it may be useful to use the web page interface to access your email. To do this go to the following location:

https://webmail.thefrontiergroup.com.au/

This will redirect you to the Zimbra web interface.

Enter your email address as the user name and then your password. You have the option of ticking "remember me" as a means of not having to re-enter details if you regularly visit the web interface.

Clicking Log In should show you a new interface with all of your email.

Please be aware that we recommend the Firefox browser as it is one of the faster more capable browsers with this highly dynamic web application. You can download Firefox for free.

Safari is known to have some issues with the "Ajax" interface so before logging in please use the drop down select box to select the "standard HTML" version.
